Program Evaluation

We are trusted to help large and small organizations understand the outcomes and implications of their funding and programming while considering the intersections of identity (racial, gender, class) and power within institutions and communities. We specialize in developing metrics and measurement tools in partnership with grantees and community stakeholders.

 

Qualitative Research

We have years of experience utilizing diverse methodologies such as case studies, focus groups. photovoice and interviews. We are constantly innovating and testing new approaches to obtain the most useful and valid insights. Gathering comprehensive data is critical to answering complex questions, and we employ analytic tools such as Nvivo and MAXQDA to conduct analyses.

 

Strategic Planning

We partner with organizations as they design new approaches to solve complex social challenges. We also support organizations who are at a turning point in the organizational journey & who need to develop or reimagine their theories of change. We conduct mapping, create learning and evaluation plans, conduct needs assessments, and retrospective analyses of institutional mishaps.

Survey Research

We have designed and administered surveys with diverse populations across the country utilizing the latest technology to increase response rates and maintain confidentiality. We don’t rely on panels, instead we develop robust partnerships to access populations. Our subsequent reporting is accessible, dynamic, and designed for external and internal audiences.
