Kanza joined the Social Insights team in September 2024.

 

Kanza is a research analyst who has a commitment to prioritizing and leveraging student voices and their experiences in all research initiatives she supports. She is deeply passionate about challenging educational systems through an anti-racist lens to foster equitable environments for students and educators from underrepresented communities. With an extensive background in direct service and macro-level experiences, along with her firsthand experience navigating the U.S. education system as a Muslim immigrant from Pakistan, she recognizes the critical need to challenge the system and hold it accountable to create sustainable impacts. Kanza enjoys DIY projects, trying new experiences, traveling, and indulging in various variations of potatoes from!
